The work of the members and their mentors is exceptional. The aim of the community is to bring out the best qualities in every individual. The most recent project which is in the planning stages is anglasshouse where herbal are grown for sale which will funtion with a mixed workforce of members and local residens of the neighbouring town of hatzor. . There is an English translation button. One of the residents; Matan Peles, has become a prominent artist. He has had exhibitions held in various cities in Israel.
